A quiet operating system for the next 90 days

Change what matters in the next 90 days.

Choose two or three parts of your life, pick a ready-made goal system, and let LifeOS90 turn it into weeks and days you can actually follow.

Set up in under five minutes. No card, no configuration.

Most plans don’t fail on day one. They fade somewhere around day nineteen, when nobody is asking what today is for.

Ninety days is long enough to change something real, and short enough to stay honest about it.
Fewer goals, done properly. Three is ideal. Five is the limit, on purpose.
One screen a day. Today tells you what matters, and nothing else competes for your attention.

Always answered

Four questions, one quiet place.

What am I trying to achieve?

Up to five goals across the parts of life you chose, each with a clear Day-90 outcome.

What should I focus on this week?

One to three outcomes, planned in a couple of minutes every Monday.

What should I do today?

One focus and a short list. Habits, trackers and tasks, only for the goals you picked.

Am I actually improving?

Two honest numbers: how much of the plan you did, and how far your goals really moved.

How it works

From a wish to a plan in five minutes.

  1. 01

    Choose what matters

Pick two or three life areas: health, learning, money, family, faith, work. Everything else stays out of sight.

  2. 02

    Pick a goal system

Lose weight, finish a course, save money. Each one arrives with methods, trackers and a 30 / 60 / 90 plan.

  3. 03

Live it in weeks and days

Plan the week on Monday, act each day, log what matters in seconds from one “Add” button.

  4. 04

    Review and begin again

On Day 90 you see what changed, keep what worked, and carry it into the next cycle.

Days 1–30Build

Set up the routine and make it easy.

Days 31–60Progress

Tighten what works, fix what doesn’t.

Days 61–90Finish

Finish strong and make it permanent.

Goal systems

Not a blank form. A real plan.

Pick a goal and it comes with the methods people actually use, the trackers to prove it, and a phase-by-phase plan. Choose one to see inside.

Also included: exercise consistently, sleep better, read more books, learn a skill or language, launch a product, find a new job, take control of spending, pay down debt, more time with family. Or build your own.

Built-in tools

Everything a goal needs, nothing it doesn’t.

No switching between five apps. The to-do list, the focus timer and your money live next to the goals they serve.

To-do list

Today, upcoming and someday, with priorities and due dates. Goal tasks, project boards and your own errands are one list.

Focus timer

Pomodoro rounds of 25 minutes with short and long breaks. Every session can count toward a goal.

Money

Income and expenses by category, monthly budgets that warn you early, and savings goals that update themselves.

Honest progress

Doing the work isn’t the same as getting the result.

So LifeOS90 keeps two numbers apart. When they drift, you know exactly which one to fix.

82%

Execution

How much of what you planned you actually did. 18 of 22 actions this week.

46%

Outcome progress

How close your goals are to their Day-90 target. 92 kg → 87.4 kg, heading for 82.

Day 90

A finish line worth reaching.

The last day gets a report of its own: what you did, what changed, your best week, and four short questions. Then one button carries what worked into the next cycle.

Designed to be calm

A coach, never a judge.

Only what you chose

No finance screens if you didn’t pick money. The app shapes itself around your areas.

No guilt, no games

No streak fireworks, leaderboards or red alarms. “Three tasks to catch up on,” not “you failed.”

Desktop to think, phone to do

Plan and review on a big screen. On your phone: today, a tick, a log, done.

Light and dark

Paper-white by day, Night by evening. Five calm accent colours if indigo isn’t you.

Questions

Good to know.

Why 90 days and not a year?

A year is too far away to feel urgent, and a month is too short to change anything that matters. Ninety days gives you three clear phases (build, progress, finish) and a real review at the end. Then you start the next cycle with what you learned.

How many goals should I set?

Two or three. You can have up to five, but the app will gently tell you that fewer goals make it easier to focus. Last cycle’s six-goal plan is usually why this cycle exists.

Do I have to track everything?

No. Trackers only appear for the methods you picked. If you chose intermittent fasting you get a fasting timer; if you didn’t, you’ll never see one. The daily reflection is optional too.

Is it a habit tracker, a to-do app or a finance app?

None of them, and a little of each. The 90-day cycle is the centre. Habits, tasks, a focus timer and a money manager are there to serve the goals you chose, in one place, so you don’t need five apps.

Where is my data stored?

In this early version, everything stays in your own browser. Accounts, sync across devices and secure cloud storage are the next step.

What does it cost?

LifeOS90 is free while it’s in early access. If paid plans arrive later, you’ll hear about them long before anything changes.

Ninety days, one clear focus.

Start today. Day 1 is whenever you decide it is.
