Privacy Policy
LifeOS90 holds some of the most personal things you can write down: your goals, habits, journal, money and health tracking, and, if you choose, photos of yourself. This policy explains plainly what we store, why, where it lives and what you can do about it.
The short version
- Your data is used to run LifeOS90 for you, and for nothing else.
- We don't sell your data, show ads, or share your content with advertisers or data brokers.
- Your records are private to your account. Other users can't see them.
- Progress photos are stored privately and are never public.
- You can ask us to export or delete your data at any time.
What we store
Account and profile
Your email address and the password handling that comes with signing in (passwords are stored only as secure hashes by our authentication provider), your name, and basic account timestamps.
What you put into LifeOS90

Technical information
Like any web service, our hosting providers process basic technical data (such as IP address, browser type and request logs) to deliver the site, keep it secure and diagnose errors. We don't use analytics or advertising trackers in the app.
How photos are protected
Before a photo leaves your device, LifeOS90 resizes it and re-encodes it, which removes embedded metadata such as location and camera details. Photos are stored in a private storage area that only your account can access; they are shown to you through short-lived links that expire. Deleting a photo removes the file and its record.
Health and wellbeing information
Health-related entries are yours and are treated with the same privacy as everything else. LifeOS90 is a personal planning tool, not a medical service: we don't use this information to give medical advice, and nothing in the app is a diagnosis or treatment recommendation.
Why we use your information
- To provide the service: show your plan, calculate your progress and keep your data in sync across your devices.
- To keep your account secure and prevent abuse.
- To send essential emails, such as confirming your address or resetting your password.
- To fix problems and improve reliability.
We do not read your journal, reflections, financial entries, health entries or photos except where you ask us to help with a specific problem, or where the law requires it.
Where your data lives
LifeOS90 uses a small number of service providers to operate:
- Supabase — database, authentication and private photo storage. Our Supabase project is hosted in the AWS eu-west-1 region (Ireland, European Union); your records and photo files are stored there.
- Vercel — hosts the app and this website. Pages are delivered through Vercel's global network, and the app's server-side functions (such as sign-in session handling, email-link handling and account deletion) currently run in Vercel's US East region, so requests, including your session and the data they carry, may be processed in the United States.
- Google Fonts and Adobe Fonts — typefaces for this website, which may receive your IP address when fonts load.
- Email delivery — account emails (confirmation and password reset) are sent through our authentication provider or an email-delivery service acting on our behalf.
These providers process data on our behalf under their own security and data-protection terms, and some of them process technical data in other countries.
Your browser
The app keeps a small amount of information in your browser's local storage so it loads quickly — for example your display preferences and which account last used this browser. Your records themselves are kept in your account. Settings → Data & device → “Clear this browser” removes this local copy without touching your account.
How long we keep it
We keep your data for as long as your account exists, so your history and past cycles stay available to you. When you delete something in the app, it is removed from your account.
Deleting your account
You can delete your account yourself in Settings → Account → Delete account. After you confirm with your password, LifeOS90 removes your private photo files and then your account, which permanently deletes your profile and everything stored with it — cycles, goals, plans, tasks, habits, trackers, reflections, journal, Money entries, reports, focus and fasting history, photo records and settings. This can't be undone. Our providers' routine backups may still contain a copy for a limited period until they expire on their normal schedule; we don't restore deleted accounts from them. If you can't sign in, contact us and we'll help.
Your choices and rights
You can view, edit and delete your entries in the app, and download a copy of everything in your account yourself in Settings → Data & device → Download my data (a JSON file). You can also contact us to:
- get a copy of your data,
- correct information,
- delete your account and all of its data (you can also do this yourself in Settings), or
- ask a question about how your information is handled.
Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under data-protection law (for example under the GDPR), including the right to complain to your local data-protection authority.
Security
Every record is tied to your account and protected by row-level access rules in the database, so one person's data can't be read or changed by another. Connections are encrypted. No system is perfectly secure, but we design LifeOS90 so that a mistake in one place doesn't expose everyone's data.
Children
LifeOS90 is not intended for children under 16, and we don't knowingly collect their information.
Changes
If we change this policy in a meaningful way, we'll update the date above and let you know in the app or by email.
