Terms of Service
These terms are the agreement between you and LifeOS90 when you use the LifeOS90 app and website. We've kept them short and readable.
1. The service
LifeOS90 is a personal planning tool for working on your goals in 90-day cycles: goals, weekly plans, daily tasks, habits, trackers, reflections, a journal, money tracking and related tools. It is currently offered as an early-access product. Features may change, and occasional downtime or bugs are possible while we improve it.
2. Your account
- You need an account to use the app. Give an email address you can access and keep your password private.
- You're responsible for activity under your account. Tell us promptly if you think someone else has access to it.
- You must be at least 16 years old to use LifeOS90.
- If you forget your password, use “Forgot password?” on the log-in page to set a new one.
3. Your content
Everything you add — goals, tasks, journal entries, reflections, financial and health entries, and photos — remains yours. You give us permission to store, process and display it only as needed to run the service for you. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle it.
Only upload photos you have the right to use, and don't upload images of other people without their permission.
4. Acceptable use
Please don't misuse LifeOS90. For example, don't try to access other people's data, disrupt or overload the service, probe it for vulnerabilities without permission, reverse-engineer it to build a competing product, or use it for anything unlawful.
5. Not medical, financial or professional advice
LifeOS90 helps you organise and track your own plans. It does not provide medical, nutritional, fitness, psychological, financial or legal advice. Features such as fasting timers, weight tracking, projections and budgets are records and simple calculations based on what you enter — estimates are clearly labelled and may be wrong. Talk to a qualified professional before making health or financial decisions, especially before starting a fasting or diet programme.
6. Price
LifeOS90 is free during early access. If we introduce paid plans, we'll tell you in advance, and nothing will be charged without your explicit agreement.
7. Availability and changes
We work to keep LifeOS90 reliable and your data safe, but the service is provided “as is” during early access, without guarantees that it will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may change or discontinue features. If we ever shut LifeOS90 down, we'll give reasonable notice and a way to export your data.
8. Ending your use
You can stop using LifeOS90 at any time and delete your account and its data yourself in Settings → Account → Delete account, or ask us to do it for you. Deletion is permanent. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms or put the service or other users at risk.
9. Liability
To the extent the law allows, LifeOS90 is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for decisions you make based on information in the app. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer-protection law that can't be excluded.
10. Changes to these terms
If we update these terms, we'll change the date above and, for meaningful changes, let you know in the app or by email. Continuing to use LifeOS90 after that means you accept the updated terms.
